이하영은 사물을 단순한 물질이 아닌, 유기적인 생명체로 바라본다. 고요한 형태 안에는 보이지 않는 생성과 분열의 에너지가 존재한다고 믿는다. 그의 작업은 전통적 오브제 안에 세포의 구조를 중첩시켜, 비움과 생성이 동시에 존재하는 상태를 시각화한다. 정적인 형상 속에 잠재된 생명의 움직임, 그리고 감정의 증식 구조를 탐구한다.

Ha-young Lee views objects not as mere material forms,

but as organic living entities. She believes that within still forms reside invisible energies of creation and division. By layering cellular structures onto traditional objects, her work visualizes a state in which emptiness and generation coexist. She explores the latent movement of life within static forms, as well as the proliferating structures of emotion.
